- VisGPU: A C++ library for the visualization of voxels models with GPU-driven ray-casting and 3D texture mapping
- Kenshi: An extension of BioMedIgu that provides interfaces to configure VisGPU rendering parameters
- BioMedLib: A C and C++ library for modelling and visualization of scenes composed of voxel models, B-Reps and parametric objects
Applications
- HipoVis: A C and C++ general purpose Surface and Volume Visualization Application, built on BioMedIgu and BioMedLib
- Petrelli: a C++ GPU-based Voxel models visualization application built on VisGPU, kenshi and BioMedIgu.
- Textures3D: A C++ 3D texture-mapping volume rendering application for multimodal datasets. Built on BioMedIgu. Currently being restructured to link with VisGPU, kenshi and VisUtil.
- VolMask:A C++ Focus+Context 3D volume rendering application for the interactive selection and visualization of structured classified
datasets. Built on BioMedIgu and Tulip.
- Dexter: A C++ GPU-based Time-Varying Run-Length Encoded voxel models application built on VisGPU, kenshi and BioMedIgu. It support 3D texture mapping, ray-casting and splatting.
